Hi, I’m Ben. I’m a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and the founder of CX Alive!
I started my CX career with a Mystery Shopping company in 2006, before moving on to work for global research firms, sales organisations, a bank and a technology company.
These varied and geographically diverse experiences led me to realise that CX strategies need a “glue” to make the visions, concepts and specific activities sticky. Because, through my experiences at many of the above companies and with many clients, the strategy-to-delivery gap is a consistent problem.
I’ve had a tremendous amount of success with Vodcasts, Webcasts, live events and keynote speaking across my 20 year experience in the CX industry. In fact, they have become my favourite thing to do in all my CX work. This is because…

It’s the best way to get people to sit up, take notice and remember something you said. I love talking, storytelling and listening to people when they tell their CX stories. I love getting stuck into healthy debates about what’s working and what’s not, and generate new ideas and things to try.
And in today’s environment, there’s a lot of false information and misleading practices out there. So we have to find a way to cut through the noise to get to the expertise.
So I founded CX Alive for this very reason. And I would love to work with you to influence YOUR CX strategy from the inside out.
